The long-term loyalty reserve (~200M $WAI on Streamflow) is the program budget over time. It is not the monthly prize. Each draw pays a fixed 500,000 $WAI from the prize wallet above.
Prize wallet is not yet funded for a full round — honest empty. We will not run RNG until balance ≥ prize and the fund path is public.
You are eligible for a given monthly draw if all of the following are true at freeze time (T−7 days, UTC):
- You have Sign in'd (SIWS) on this hub so we can sample your wallet.
- Your wallet holds ≥ 100,000 $WAI on 20 of the last 30 UTC calendar days.
- A day clears only if the lowest sample that day is ≥ floor (we sample ~2–3× per day at jittered times).
- Streaks start when we first see your signed-in wallet — no retroactive credit for holding before this site existed.
points ≠ ticketPoints, leaderboard rank, Realm quests, and social posts do not buy draw entry.

N ≥ 10 eligible wallets are required to run the draw.
If N < 10 at freeze: we postpone, keep the same rules, and post the reason plus a new target date on this page.
We will not silently run a draw among a handful of wallets and call it community.
Dates are targets. If eligible < 10, T moves and we say so here — not in a DM.
Anyone should be able to recompute the winner from published inputs.
- Freeze (T−7d): publish the eligible set (sorted wallet addresses) and
eligible_root= hash of that list (or merkle root). - At time T: read a Solana blockhash at a slot announced in advance (method fixed in the pre-draw post).
- Compute the seed and index (see formula below).
- Publish here: N, eligible_root, slot/blockhash, draw_id, seed, winner, payout tx.

Optional later: commit–reveal or VRF (v1). v0 is enough to audit without trusting a private server roll. We will not change the eligible list after freeze, re-roll quietly, or edit history.
