1. What this service is

WAI Quest is a community hub for holders of and people interested in the $WAI token on Solana.

Depending on what is live at any time, the service may include:

• Viewing quests and submitting evidence of completion
• Recording points and ranking on a leaderboard
• Connecting a wallet and signing in (Sign-In with Solana)
• Linking a social account (e.g. X) via OAuth when a quest requires it
• Transparency views (including hold snapshots) as the system supports
• WAI Realm — a browser community game slice (see section 5.4)
• A monthly community loyalty draw under published rules on /draw (see section 5.5), when run

This service is not:

• A licensed digital-asset exchange, broker, or dealer
• A custodian of your digital assets
• A licensed gambling house, state lottery, or paid raffle platform where you buy tickets
• Investment advice or an offer of securities / investment tokens
• A checkout that accepts crypto as payment for goods or services

2. Acceptance

By connecting a wallet, signing in (SIWS), or using authenticated features, you confirm that you:

1. Have read and accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy
2. Have read the full risk disclosure in section 8
3. Are at least 18 (or older if your local law requires a higher age to contract)
4. Are responsible for checking that use is lawful where you are

If you do not accept, stop using the service.

We may update these Terms with a new version and date. The app may require re-acceptance before SIWS when the version changes. Continued use after a new version takes effect is acceptance of that version.

3. Who may use the service

The site is a public wallet-gated community product. We do not ship a separate product by nationality, but the same product rules apply to everyone.

We may suspend or ban wallets for unlawful use, fraud farming, or Terms breaches.

We do not warrant legality in every country. If use is illegal where you are, do not use the service.

4. Wallet, assets, and non-custody

• You control your own keys / seed.
• We do not hold, yield-lock, or rehypothecate your $WAI.
• Balances shown are chain (or stated source) reads — not a guarantee of continuous accuracy.
• On-chain actions via wallets or third-party sites are your responsibility and theirs.
• Linking X via OAuth is for identity/proof for quests; we do not post or DM as you by default.

5. Quests, points, and leaderboard

5.1 Points

• Points are community status reflecting quest completion under the rules.
• Points have no cash value, are not money or crypto, and are not redeemable for THB, foreign currency, $WAI, or valuables through this system.
• Points are not securities, profit rights, or investment products.
• Leaderboard rank alone does not grant a lottery prize or cash payout.
• Loyalty-draw eligibility (if any) is based on hold snapshots as described on the site — not points.
• We may reject, revoke, or correct points by writing compensating append-only ledger rows for error, fraud, or rule breaches — not silent deletion of history.

5.2 Quests

• Rules, points, and windows are on each quest page.
• Some quests are automated; some need human review.
• Submissions may be rejected if duplicate, out of scope, or unverifiable.
• No forged evidence, prohibited bots, account theft, or sybil-floor evasion.
• A verified social account (e.g. X) may be pinned to one wallet for anti-sybil reasons.

5.3 What this product does not include (current scope)

• Licensed gambling / state lottery products, or raffles where you pay to buy a ticket
• Chance games where you stake or deposit tokens for a chance at a prize
• Stake / deposit of tokens for interest, yield, or APY
• In-site LPs, perps, or trading desks
• Accepting $WAI as payment for goods/services on this platform

The loyalty draw in section 5.5 is a free community promotion with published eligibility and randomness rules — not a paid ticket lottery. Local law may still restrict promotions involving chance and crypto prizes; you must not participate if unlawful where you are.

5.4 WAI Realm (community game slice)

WAI Realm (play.waiquest.xyz and related game servers) is an experimental community world linked to this hub. It is not a play-to-earn product.

• You may sign in with the same SIWS wallet used on the hub; the game may also allow guest play with soft (non-cash) saves.
• Completing in-realm contracts may award hub points under the same rules as section 5.1 (no cash value, not redeemable for $WAI or money, subject to hold floor, daily caps, and bans).
• In-game XP, titles, auras, and cosmetics are status / fun only — not property rights and not claimable as value.
• Banned wallets cannot mint a realm token and may be rejected by the game server even with an old token.
• We do not offer: gacha, raffles with prizes, stake-$WAI-for-power, in-game $WAI currency, on-chain combat for money, or redemption of game progress into crypto or cash.
• Availability, balance, multiplayer presence, and quest rewards may change or pause without notice.

5.5 Monthly loyalty draw (community promo)

When a draw round is run, the following apply. Full operational rules are on https://www.waiquest.xyz/draw and control if they are stricter.

1. Purpose — Reward long-term holding culture. Not investment return, not interest, not a securities offering.
2. Prize — Fixed amount of $WAI paid on-chain from a published prize wallet (see /draw). Source of tokens is the operator’s loyalty reserve program, not minting (mint authority is revoked).
3. Winners — One winner per round unless /draw states otherwise for that round.
4. Eligibility — Based on hold snapshots (e.g. floor balance on enough days in a rolling window), not on points, rank, or paid entry. You must have signed in (SIWS) so we can sample your wallet.
5. No ticket sale — We do not sell draw tickets. Holding $WAI is not a purchase of a lottery ticket from us; market purchase of $WAI is between you and third-party venues.
6. Minimum entrants — If too few wallets are eligible (see /draw), we postpone and publish the reason rather than run a silent private draw.
7. Randomness — Method (e.g. public seed from eligible set + Solana blockhash) is published for that round so third parties can recompute.
8. Funding — Prize wallet must be funded on-chain before the random selection for that round; fund and payout transactions are meant to be linked publicly.
9. Discretion — We may postpone, cancel, or change future rules with public notice on /draw (and Terms version bump when material). Past published results are not rewritten in secret.
10. Taxes & law — You are responsible for tax and for legality of participation where you live.
11. Not advice — Draw copy is not financial, legal, or tax advice.

Points remain as in §5.1: no cash value and not redeemable for the draw ticket.

6. Transparency

Product rule: show evidence (receipts), not only green checks.

• Figures should be reconcilable to our ledger or on-chain data as designed.
• RPC lag or bugs may cause temporary mismatch — check explorers and public ledger views.
• Past token or ranking performance does not guarantee future results.

7. Accounts, suspension, and bans

We may revoke sessions, ban wallets, or reject quests for fraud, rule-breaking farming, abuse, or unlawful use.
Admin tools are permissioned; ordinary users have no right to admin access.
Bans or revocations may remain visible in the ledger for transparency and repeat-abuse prevention.

8. Risk disclosure

Read fully before using the service or holding $WAI.

1. Extreme risk — crypto and memecoins including $WAI can go to zero.
2. Volatility — prices can move sharply in short time.
3. Technology risk — contracts, Solana, wallets, RPC, phishing.
4. Third-party risk — DEXes, markets, social, OAuth, external sites we do not control.
5. No guarantees — price, liquidity, airdrops, points, draw prizes timing, uptime, or quest outcomes.
6. Legal and tax — rules differ by country and change; you handle compliance and tax.
7. Regulatory — features may be changed or paused to stay within rules.
8. Not advice — nothing here is investment, legal, or tax advice.

Do not use money you cannot afford to lose.

9. Personal data

We process data as described in the Privacy Policy, including wallet address, sessions, quest evidence, linked social accounts (if any), and technical logs for security.

If you are in Thailand or processing relates to Thailand, the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA) may apply.

10. Intellectual property

WAI Quest names, logos, UI copy, and code belong to the operator or licensors.
Do not copy them to run phishing or fake services.

$WAI as a public-chain token is whatever the chain records; these Terms do not grant token rights beyond what you hold in your own wallet.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The service is provided as is and as available.
• We are not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, data loss, or token value loss.
• Aggregate liability (if any) is limited to what applicable law requires.

Some jurisdictions disallow certain limits; those limits apply only as far as the law allows.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.
Disputes are subject to courts with jurisdiction in Thailand, unless mandatory consumer rules require otherwise.

Failure to enforce a right immediately is not a waiver.

By accepting at SIWS you confirm the short statements shown in the Thai Terms (section 14) and:

I am at least 18 and accept the Terms and Risk disclosure.
WAI Quest is a community hub, not a licensed exchange, custodian, or paid lottery.
Points have no cash value and are not redeemable for money or crypto.
Any loyalty draw follows public rules on /draw and is not investment advice.
Digital assets including $WAI are highly risky and may go to zero.
If my local law prohibits this use, I will not use the service.

These Terms describe product rules and risks. They are not personal legal, tax, or investment advice. Operators should have counsel review when features or entity structure change.
