Why your wallet address has to be in the post: it's the only thing that proves the person holding the X account is the person holding the wallet, without us asking you to connect your X account to us. It also stops someone from submitting your post under their wallet to burn your handle — your address is in it, so only you can claim it.
Before a human ever sees it, the link is checked mechanically: the URL has to be a real X status, and that status can only ever be claimed once by anyone. Fifty wallets submitting the same post get one approval and forty-nine rejections.
Reviewed by hand after that. Capped at 500 so the queue stays something one person can actually read.
